Yoozy Fashion Return Policy

1. Return Conditions

At Yoozy Fashion, you may exercise your right of return and withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. After you have informed us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you then have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and, as far as reasonably possible, in their original condition, including any attached labels and original packaging. If an item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to assess it, a deduction for diminished value may be applied.

2. Cancelling an Order

A cancellation request may be submitted directly through your customer account up to 1 hour after placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in processing or may have been forwarded to our fulfilment partner, meaning that an operational cancellation may no longer be possible.

This 1-hour period does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal you may have. Would you like to withdraw from the contract after this period? Please contact us at support@yoozyfashion.com. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to return it after receipt in accordance with the return procedure.

3. Exceptions

The following items may, to the extent permitted by law, be wholly or partially excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Personalised or custom-made products.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Diminished Value Due to Use

Items that have diminished in value due to use or damage beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item may be subject to a deduction for diminished value.

Shoes may be tried on indoors. If they show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess the fit and characteristics, a deduction for diminished value may be applied.

4. Return Costs

The direct costs of returning an item are borne by the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case, Yoozy Fashion will cover the return costs.

5. Return Procedure

Would you like to return an item? Submit a return request through your customer account for the relevant order or register your return through our return portal.

Follow the indicated steps to submit your return request. After review, you will receive further information about the handling of your return.

6. Refunds

Following withdrawal, the amount due will be refunded no later than 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original payment, unless you expressly agree to a different payment method. Yoozy Fashion may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received or until you provide evidence that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Are you returning the entire order? In that case, the original standard delivery costs you paid when placing your order will also be refunded. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, the additional costs of that more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Are you returning only part of your order? In that case, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

The costs of returning your item to Yoozy Fashion are borne by the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case, Yoozy Fashion will cover the return costs.

Can I return sale and outlet items?
Yes, sale and outlet items may be returned within the applicable return period, unless a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies to the item concerned.

Why can’t I return certain items?
A statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain items. This may, for example, apply to personalised or custom-made products and to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
