Cancellation policy

We understand that there may be situations in which you wish to cancel your order. Below you can read under which conditions this is possible.

1. Cancellation before shipment

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, it can be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible via support@yoozyfashion.com and include your order number.

2. Cancellation after shipment

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can use our return portal and follow the return process as described in our return policy.

3. Costs

Cancelling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

4. Exceptions

Personalized products and items made to order cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund

After a successful cancellation or an approved return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.
